OUR PRODUCTS

As a Steel By BlueScope partner, we only use the very best BlueScope products. Our materials range includes the 0.55mm COLORBOND® steel range, ZINCALUME® steel, GALVABOND® steel, COLORBOND® Ultra steel, COLORBOND® Metallic steel and COLORBOND® steel Matt. We also specialise in Aluminium, Copper, and Stainless Steel products.

Our speciality is manufacturing ready-to-use custom roofing accessories and products.

OUR SERVICES

The premium machine capabilities at F&M Fabricators allow us to cater and customise to your requirements. With the ability to perform turret punching, laser cutting and powder coating in-house, we offer better products with a quicker turnaround.

Architectural Metal Roofing Accessories

Flashings

F&M Fabricators can fold a huge range of standard flashings, but we also excel at custom flashing fabrication. Our premium machinery capabilities allow us to fold flashing profiles up to 8.0m long. We also use the most advanced folding and slitting technology, allowing us to fold even the tightest profiles.

Because our staff operate over 3 shifts, we’re working day and night to service our clients’ needs. This means your orders are manufactured and delivered fast.

Custom Guttering

Every good roof needs the highest quality guttering, and that’s exactly what we provide. Because we only deal with the very best materials from BlueScope Steel, you can be assured of durability and reliability from our guttering.

Whether you need edge guttering, half round gutters, or any type of gutter accessories, we’ve got you covered. Our premium machine capabilities allow us to roll Half Round Gutters up to 8.0m long and 1.6mm thick. This is the heaviest capability in the country.

Powder Coating

Thanks to the premium machine capabilities in our large workshop, we don’t need to outsource our powder coating. If you need powder coating as part of your order, we get it done for you in-house. For example, we can turn around custom, powder coated gutter brackets in a matter of days.

Fabrication

We specialise in all custom sheet metal fabrication of COLORBOND® steel, ZINCALUME® steel, GALVABOND®, and other Stainless Steel, Aluminium and Copper products – all available in light and heavy gauges. We use state of the art technology in our work, and that’s why we consistently deliver the very best products.

Offering all the services you could ever need, we have a huge workshop to handle all standard metal fabrication jobs, and also welding and cutting. What really make us stand out though, is our premium machinery.

With the most advanced equipment in the world, we can fold and bend profiles large or small. With in-house laser cutting, turret punching and powder coating, we certainly offer the full range of fabrication services.

Rainwater
